Final Week Update

Good afternoon everyone,

Wow- the response we've received to this survey after only a few short weeks has been nothing short of phenomenal- thanks to everyone who has either agreed, contributed or shared to this platform since it has been released.

There's now five full days until we lock it down and begin the analysis in earnest, so if you've any last minute thoughts now's the time to let us know. What we can say at this stage is the vast majority of respondents across the age and gender spectrum have been very supportive of what this tool aims to achieve in the short term. Over the medium to longer term and as we've previously stated we'll look to see what we can achieve locally as a result of these rules changes locally, and over time how we may be able to integrate these plans into an emerging LCWIP for potential delivery in future years.

Should you have any questions about this, as always please feel free to contact the team at;

strategictransport@southtyneside.gov.uk

All the best.
